[KIT]5 things you should do after a big crying

Crying course for many reasons like because you are so happy or so sad but mostly the cry that can make your eyes swallow and need to be taken a good treat the most is when you are crying because of your sadness. You can cry as much as you want but make sure to look after yourself after a big cry and here are some tips that would be a big help for you:

Drink a full glass of water:

crying is the way that you spread most of the water or hydration out of your body and people should stay hydrated. hydrate yourself with a glass of water to replace those tears that you have wasted after that moment of crying and hydration helps you a lot by keeping cleanliness in your body and can improve your brain function too.

Apply some ice in your eyes area

Your eyes will absolutely hurt after a big cry and it will get swallowed and to get rid of it, you can put some ice or cold wet water around your eyes area for a few minutes then you will see the change in that. You can also put some slices of cucumber to improve the look of your beauty. 

Give yourself some sweets

crying is mostly because of the sadness and that emotional sadness can destroy your look too. Like people said “the sadder you are the uglier you will look” so why do we have to look ugly by being sad? Go grab yourself something sweet to eat! Because eating sweets will bring you back to a good mood. As for my suggestion, eating chocolate with cold water can boost up your mood.

Watch something that you like

people can not stay being sad for every minutes, so give yourself some relaxing time and entertain yourself the way that you like such as watching some comedy movie, romance movie some anime or read the manga or novel that you like and you can check out those short clip in your social media such as Facebook, Instagram, tweeter or some cooking video through YouTube or some website that you know.

Find yourself

After a tiring moment of crying your sadness out of you, you can not just let go of yourself to follow those sadness instead, you should get back to yourself by finding the thing that you like to do or the thing that can distract you from those silly sadness. Just go out and try something new if you do not know what you really want. Go and learn some new skills such as learning a new language: French, Korea, Thai, Japanese, Espanol and so on. You can also try new experiences like going out and trying the food that you have never dared to try before or going to the place that you have never gone there alone before or you can try to make something new like try out those DIY stuff – it might be a really interesting thing if you have enough patient-
