[KIT] How to make sushi rice

Japanese foods are very popular for the world and you have to eat to add more meaning to your life. Today let’s start with the most popular and well-known Japanese food which we known it as sushi. Historically Japanese foods are also influenced by Chinese cuisine like many other Asians and it is also influence from western cuisine. 

Sushi rice is rolled with thin paper like seaweed called nori. It is a delicious sushi recipe. However, there can be many ways to make with different ingredients. There are many ways to make sushi rice like make it in the traditional way and fast way. Of course, it is called sushi rice because we eat it with rice. The best rice with consistency and flavor is Japanese rice. In order to make sushi rice you will want to make it Japanese standard because Japanese think Japanese rice are very different from long grain rice, jasmine or other types of rice. You can also cook it with normal rice by washing the rice to remove the starch (for 1-2 min). After wishing the rice, place it in a pot and add new water more than rice. Cook the rice on high heat at first until the water is boiled then you can lower the heat. After 8 minutes check the water level because the rice is ready if you see no more water. For the preparation you can use carrots that is strips, cucumbers and avocado. The preparation will take around 5 minutes. Beside that you also need 2 cups of uncooked glutinous white rice, 3 cups of water, 1 half cup of rice and vinegar, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, 1 of 4 cup of white sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt. While the rice is cooking, heat the vinegar, sugar and salt until the sugar dissolved. You can do this in the microwave. Preparing sushi rice may seem complicated at the beginning. Now take out the rice and put the rice all over the entire sheet of nori. Spread the rice all over your nori. You can now add the avocado on the opposite site without the rice add the carrot with it and roll it over and finally you need to firm it up with the bamboo rolling mat but make sure the rice is out sided. Use your fingers and press the side gently to make it more in a fine shape. Repeat it until you are satisfied with the shape that it looks right. Use the rice immediately or put it in food storage container and refrigerate up to 3 days. Now the sushi rice is ready to serve and eat. Later on, you can customize the taste of yours by adjusting the amount of sugar, salt and vinegar to taste your way.
