The Mortal Instruments Series written by an American author, Cassandra Clare, consist of 6 young adult novels (books) publised in May 2014 talking about the Journey of a young girl named “Clary” finding out about being a Shadowhunter.
This series involve of the main protagonist enters a fantasy world and a new chapter of life, by fighting again demons and help solve many problems along the way.
Besides the angelic-demonic theme, this book series also involve in other topics that include: Jealousy, Religion, Love, Prejudice, LGBTQ+, arts, and many more. This series is very suitable for those who love adventure, magic power, demons, mythical creatures, problem encountering, etc.

The Twilight Saga by Stephanie Meyer

This series is famous already as they also have movies adaptation. But still I recommend for those who love Vampire, werewolf, and fantasy themes.
The Twilight Saga written by Stephanie Meyer published from 2005, sold around 120 million copies. With 4 books in total for the main series talking about a girl “Bella Swan” moved from Phoenix, Arizona to Forks to live with her father by attending a new high school and met many unpredictable things including all those vampires-werewolves with many problems to solve.

3. The Hobbit

The Hobbit is a book child fantasy book series written by an English author, J.R.R. Tolkien. The novel introduced Tolkien’s richly imagined world of Middle Earth in its Third Age and served as a prologue to his The Lord of the Rings.

4. Harry Potter

Most people have already known this books due to films adaptation, but the whole series is really something else.
Harry Potter book series is written by a British author, J.K. Rowling published from 1997 consist of 7 books in total; talking about Journey of a boy named “Harry” entering the magical world by attending a magic school “Hogwart school of witchcraft and wizardry” after knowing he is a wizard. He then meets his friend Ron, and Hermione and encounters many problems through his 7 years of going to this school, starting from learning about his dead parents, then fighting with the Dark Lord, Voldemort.
This series involve with many other themes including Friendship, Humility, The importance of rebellion, etc. This series is very suitable for those who love magic, spell, which could keep them far away from their boring days.
