[KIT]How to make Khmer traditional cake

In Cambodia, people have a lot of food that is very traditional. you can not find it in another country so that why I want to show you now:

1.Nhom Pom
Ingredients: 350 grams of rice flour, 3 tablespoons noodles,2 eggs,1 bowl of coconut milk, Half a bowl of sugar, Half a bowl of grated coconut, Half a teaspoon of salt, and Cooking oil.

How to cook it:
first, you can mix the flour with salt and put it away for minutes. second you would bring a big bowl and beat the eggs and put them in the bowl. after that, you may add the sugar and stir it. Stir in the coconut flakes, then add the rice flour mixed with the coconut meat. 4. 2. Egg tart
Ingredients of cake:
plain flour 200 g, sugar 75 g, Butter 140 g,2 eggs, both red and white (whisk up), and 9 cake molds.
Ingredients for inside the cake(egg core):
50 grams of sugar, hot water 150mg, Fresh milk,50mg (Full Cream), One and a half red egg whites

How To Cook It:
First, we need to mix plain flour with sugar, and butter together, add the eggs, stir for a long time, mix well with a large piece and wrap in a bag for 30 minutes.

Make egg core: Take hot water mixed with sugar to dissolve, add fresh milk and leave to cool
Take it and mixed with egg whites together completely 2 times to remove small particles.

Press the dough on top with a stick, flatten the cake, and press the mold into 9 round shapes. you can arrange it on a baking sheet one at a time until all the eggs are covered and pour over all the cakes. Turn on the engine to 180 degrees for 15 minutes first. Then bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 160 degrees. Bake for 7 minutes, then remove from the heat.
** Want to add some smell, you may need to add vanilla powder and vanilla juice.

3. Nhom Cheal:
Ingredients: 1/2 packets of white rice flour equal to 2 kg, 2/1 kg of palm sugar or as you like 3/1 liter of clean water, 2 teaspoons of salt, half a bowl of sesame seeds 4 / a packet of coconut flour Do not put as you like.
