[KIT] How to make Bubble Milk Tea

Welcome back to my blog as I promise you I will come back with some tips to cook and kill time since we all are in quarantine. So today I will show some tips on how to make bubble milk tea. Bubble milk tea is a favourite drink of all Asian people. If you have any Asian friend you can ask them have they tried bubble tea before and how it tastes. They would say you should try it since it has a unique taste and it is so interesting. Bassily in bubble milk tea they have tapioca balls and milk tea and for tapioca balls, you can choose or make in different flavour as well as colour. 

Without any delay, I would like to tell you about the ingredients that you need to make bubble milk tea. So for the tapioca balls, you can buy them as a packet or make them yourself. If you want to buy it the ingredients are black tea black tapioca balls fresh milk that is the ingredients that you need if you buy tapioca balls, but if you want to make tapioca balls yourself you just need tapioca powder. So for the starter, we will make bubble milk tea with the tapioca balls from the market but I will also show you how to make the tapioca balls from home as well.

So first put two bags of bleach tea and the two cups of hot water in the mug or in the glass container this will make for two serving so if you need more you can add more black tea and water. Then let it sit for 3 to 5 minutes after 3 to 5 minutes remove the tea bags and let it cold down. Boil 6 to 7 cups of water after the water boils. Please put one cup of tapioca balls that you bought from the market into the water. Then stir the tapioca balls to avoid the tapioca balls from sticking to each other. Let it boil but if the water starts to boil and dry up please feel free to add more water if needed until the tapioca balls cook after it cooks the water will be translucent. Then drain and wash tapioca balls with cold water. After that, put one cup of water and add two teaspoons of brown sugar and boil it then add the cooked tapioca balls in. After the water becomes a sticky turn off the heat and wait till it is a little cold and put it in the cup and then put sugar in depending on your preference then add one cup of black tea and half cup of the fresh milk then stir it then add some ice. 

For the tapioca balls homemade you can start with the two teaspoon brown sugar and 80ml of water then put both of them together and then add 6 teaspoons of cornstarch and stir it till it mixes together. Then boil it with low heat then stir continuously and keep the heat low to get the soft dough after it dry. Take it out and cut it into small pieces then put some cornstarch into the bow. Start to roll the pieces into a round shape then put them in the cornstarch. After that, you can boil water and put the tapioca balls in the water, stir it and wait till it cooks then drain and wash tapioca balls with the cold water. After that, put one cup of water and add two teaspoons of brown sugar and boil it then add the cooked tapioca balls in. After the water becomes sticky, turn off the heat and wait till it is a little cold and do the same thing as above.
