If you are bored during your quarantine and looking for interesting Korean drama that you want to watch to kill time. Here is some Korean drama I personally pick that I think will make a good start to your journey.

1. Start-up

This series talks about a young lady and a group of friends working hard to pave theirs owns way into the start-up industry. The series really portray how hard working each individual has to put in in order to be successful.

2. It’s okay not to be okay

This series talks about a man with a brother that is having traumatize since he was younger and a story about a famous female writer that has an anti-social disorder. Throughout the series, you will see the character development of the main 3 characters. You will get to see how they communicate with each other and trying to get along.

3. Itaewon Class

If you like the Start-up series, I’m sure you will like this one too.  The series tackles poverty, classism, racial discrimination, and transphobia in a matter of fact manner that is refreshing. The story talks about a young man working as hard as possible to take down his life long enemy that did very bad things to his dad.

4. Crash landing on you

The series talks about a woman that comes from a rich family in South Korea who got into an accident that flew her all the way to North Korea. It is a refreshing story told from the perspective of a North Korean officer and a South Korean heiress, who fall in love but can’t realistically spend the rest of their lives together. 

5. Goblin

This story talks about a person who has the ability to live forever. At first, it may seem like a good thing, but after it more like an endless punishment. Watching everyone around you die one by one is very painful until he meets his bride that able to set him free from his punishment.

6. Sweet home

This story is a Netflix live adaptation from a webtoon series. The story talks about a group of people stuck in the middle of the monster apocalypse. They did everything to try to survive. This story portrays that some people will do literally anything to survive.
