One of the most important of Cs is communication because of living in society, people need to work together, join hand to make something new for their country. People cannot work alone and produce the best product. By seeing this importance of communication that can develop the country, the government tries to advert four Cs including communication that the most focus one too. So in order to improve communication or improve the quality of our lives, I have three key points to help to make this skill well. Firstly, be a people person. People person mean a person who enjoys or is particularly good at interacting with others. Not everyone is gifted to be a people person, but as long as we practice nothing is impossible. To become a people, we need to practice our mindsets, learn to forgive, be approachable, be upbeat and be integrity. When we practice our mind well, we have a peaceful mind, we won’t easy to get angry with other people and people around us will be appreciated to communicate. Being open-minded and accept all opinions is very important, even in the workplace or in society various people have various perspectives and cultures, learn to think critically before we say or take action because we might unknowingly harm another person. critical thinking is one of four Cs and it also plays a vital role to improve communication. One skill always connects with other skills if we can improve critical thinking, it will comfort to improve communication skill. People who learn to observe people can know other’s thoughts and flexible in adapting to various situations. By the word critical thinking, I mean it’s the skill to observe all the information according to the environment and condition are given. Rarely did this kind of people get conflict or problems with other people. Finally, be brave and go forward. The principle of communication is confidence, be the one who opens the communication, dare to ask, dare to speak to others under no circumstances. To be a communicator, we need to tolerate bad words and can turn crisis into chances. All in all, in order to improve communication skills, we need to follow the three points that I described above and try to practice them on a regular routine. Keep in mind that nothing came easily without any effort, Today if we cannot do it well, the next day, the day after tomorrow we will be able to do it. Don’t give up, just keep forward.
