[KIT] What is AHHA Company?

AHHA is an online food service company, which mainly serves the tourism industry in Cambodia. Their company will provide tourists so many types of services that people just have their smartphone, tablet or personal computer that can access to our web site is enough for them to choose the type of service related to food that they want to use on a web page.

How do they start?

Nowadays we are in the fourth industrial revolution that is a fundamental change in how we live, work and interact with each other. It is a new human development chapter, driven by extraordinary advances in technology in line with those of the first, second and third industrial revolutions. Therefore, it makes change in every industry especially in tourism, we can see that most people always travel with the technology. They usually use the online service to search for more information, service, and product before they purchase or go to a destination to prevent the company from fooling them and in order to get lost and cheat during their travel. With all these matters, AHHA was trying their best to find the solution and solve it to make the traveler feel comfort and satisfied to travel. They have come up with an idea by creating a company that hosts on the internet that everyone can easily access and use the service.

Vision and Mission

Their vision is to provide every single service which is related with Food & Beverage into consumer hands by just a click. In order to reach the vision and mission, they have put several missions to make way for the company.

First of all, AHHA will review all kinds of food that they have in Cambodia. They have five different categories of food such as Traditional-cuisine, Western-cuisine, Street food, Vegetarian food, and dessert. For the review, they put all the information and describe things like name, type, taste, price, and location. They also have two more functions for this review, one is writing a blog for customers who love reading, it is about their experience on that food and another one is making a video to show you how they feel when eating, it is like a food show or vlog. 

Second, AHHA will cooperate with many restaurants that have booking service. In this case, after the customer reviews food and that food has been provided in the restaurant, they have a special function like a booking service for customers to book the table in the restaurant before they go to have their meal. This function will make customers more easily in doing order in the restaurant because during their booking the system will automatically save their food menu in the restaurant and when the consumer arrives, they just tell their name to the receptionist and wait for the food to come to their table is enough.

Third, their website uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to detect what customers want while they access the web site several times. Consumers can also use this AI to find the food they want too by choosing what type of food, how it tastes and what it looks like. After that the system will use the AI to generate your information to find and show the food that has similarity to your expectation. This AI function is really helpful for inbound tourists because if it is the first time for them to travel to the place that they don’t really know well, it will be hard for them to choose what to eat, so this AI will help them to find out their solution.

Fourth, AHHA website has already added the Live Chat function that we use to call it a chatbot. They put this live chat to make customers have more interaction with their company and reduce expenses because live chat does not cost much and is lots of cheaper than phone support. Moreover, it will increase customer service and loyalty, it allows us to provide simple answers to questions about their products, solve problems quicker and show their customers that when they need us, AHHA will be there. This is a basic, but very effective strategy to enhance customer service as well as loyalty.

Last but not least, Food Delivery is also a main part of the company too. When consumers review foods on the website, if they are interested in it, they can call for a delivery or click the deliver button and fill up the information that we require. Then, they have to wait around 30 to 45 minutes depending on their stay. This service is for customers who do not really know the location of the place, busy with their workplace, or lazy to go out. But for this delivery they will charge from the customer depending on the distance.
