         1.1 WACA Ambassador
         1.1.1 Role
         To promote product, to gather participants/ customers
         
         1.1.2 Profit Sharing
         Course: 50%
         Textbook: 20%
         Membership: Joining fee 100% (one time) / Annual fee 0% ( occurring yearly)
         
         1.1.3 Settlement of profit sharing
         Count based on application via WACA website form.
         Other promotion being done oral or outside the form is not countable.1.1.4 Cost

         Venue,trainer’s transportations, accommodations and food and beverages.

         1.2.4 Other
         Organizer can be WACA Ambassador at the same time.
         Organizer shall decide the organize of the training course with trainer based on the minimum participants. The minimum participants of each country please refer to No.6.

         1.3.WACA Association
         1.3.1 Role
         Provide CBT test to participants
         Shipment of textbook
         Certified participants who passed the examination.

         1.3.2 Profit Sharing
         Course: 0%
         Textbook : 80%
         Membership: Joining fee 0% / Annual fee 100%

         1.3.3 Cost
         Communication fee between organizer and WACA Ambassador
         Management fee of examination, create ID/ password for participants to sit for exam.
         Issue certificate and shipping
         Production and publication of textbook.
         Processing fee of PayPal.

         1.3.4 Other
         Other decision making shall be made between WACA and other role based on circumstances.

         1.4.Trainer
         1.4.1 Role
         To conduct training course
         To mark examination paper, except AWAC CBT test

         1.4.2 Profit sharing
         Course: 20% (Payment will be made by organizer)
         Textbook: 0%
         Membership: 0%

         1.4.3 Settlement of profit sharing
         The ending of the course where number of participants is fixed.

          

      2. Receiving and payment of profit
         2.1 WACA receive payment of training course from participants via WACA website.
         2.2 WACA will make payment of profit to organizer and WACA Ambassador based of the profit sharing scheme.
         2.3 WACA will bear processing fee on receivement of training course included processing fee of PayPal or other channel.
         2.4 Organizer and WACA Ambassador and trainer are required to send payment invoice to WACA in order to claim their profit.
         2.5 Trainer is required to claim their profit from Organizer.
      3. Settlement about WACA Ambassador’s profit
         3.1 WACA Ambassador is required to promote using unique parameter provided by WACA so that WACA can identified WACA Ambassador. WACA will not admit other form of promotions.
         3.2 if there is a conflict about profit, WACA Ambassador should deal with party related.
      4. Examination’s cancellation and refund
         4.1 Except cancellation and refund, profit of each role is fixed when WACA received payment from participants based on profit sharing mechanism. This is applicable when the training course is being postponed.
         4.2 No profit is occurred if participants cancel his participation of the course.
         4.3 If organizer cancel the training course, organizer shall refund course fee to participants. No profit is occured at this point. However, organizer is responsible to pay processing fee of refund.
      5. Payment of profit
         5.1 Pay period will cover the first of the month to the last of the month. Claimant is required to send their invoice(last month)to WACA by 5th.
         5.2 Payment shall be made by WACA by 15th.
