[KIT] How to fall asleep to strengthen your physical body

Hello, My name is Vimol. Today I am going to tell you about how to fall asleep to strengthen your physical body. There are many people on this earth that have a problem getting a good sleep. I used to face this problem too. But here I am now,I sleep so well. So, Today is your lucky day that you have a chance to read this content that is really important for you and for your health. There are 4 tips that I would to like to share with you 

1. Telling yourself to stay awake : Do not laugh, This is not a joke because telling yourself to stay awake may be a good way to fall asleep faster and faster than you expect. For people — especially those with insomnia — trying to sleep can increase performance anxiety. If you often find yourself stressed out about trying to sleep, this method may be more effective than traditional, intentional breathing practices.

2. Lower the temperature : It is an effective way for me to fall asleep. Because I do not like high temperatures, it is so difficult for me to fall asleep. When the temperature is low, it is easier and makes me feel more comfortable to fall asleep. If your room is too warm, you might have a hard time falling asleep. Setting your air conditioner to a cool temperature between (20–25°C) could help.

3. Exercise during the day : Physical activity is often considered beneficial to healthy sleep.

For example : You play football in the evening, you feel tired and go to sleep early. By the way, The time of the day when you exercise is also critical. To promote better quality sleep, working out early in the morning appears to be better than working out later in the day. If you want to do a good exercise, I recommend you to do running, hiking , cycling or playing tennis.

4. Turn off all electronic devices : Using electronic devices late at night is terrible for sleep.

It can also affect your mental and physical body. Watching TV, playing video games, using a cell phone, and social networking can make it significantly harder for you to fall — and stay — asleep. So, you have this kind of bad habit please stop doing it from now on. In my opinion, I highly recommend you disconnect all of your electronic devices before you go to sleep and also put all those electronic devices away from you.5. Taking a hot shower : it is a good method to help you fall asleep too. Because taking a hot shower can make you feel relaxed and calm. In one study, taking a hot bath 90 minutes before bed improved sleep quality and helped people get more deep sleep. But you decide to take a hot shower at night please do it at least 90 minutes for bed.
