Because it’s very natural to us that after having lunch our body demands sleep, and it requires something to wake you up and continue your work. Productivity is very essential if we want to get our work done within the time given, that’s why we need no time to delay on sleepy time after lunch. Choosing the right drink could help you boost your productivity as well as strengthen your brain power. Coffee is the best among the drinks you prefer, you might somehow consider energy drink, but it’s not as good as coffee since energy drink contain many harmful ingredients that could trouble you latter. However, Not everyone is capable of drinking coffee, there are many factors you should consider before grabbing your coffee the first factor is about your age. Young people is not recommended to coffee since it’s brain is still in dashing growth and drinking coffee might interrupt the growing process. For many, the caffeine kick is the primary reason we choose either beverage; it’s the oil to our engines when we’re still feeling a bit creaky in the morning. When we drink coffee, caffeine binds to our brain’s adenosine receptors, preventing the chemical from binding with the receptors and making us tired. For those of us who regularly drink coffee in copious amounts, our brains develop more adenosine receptors, so it takes more coffee to keep us awake. The coffee you drink contains the caffeine found in the coffee plant’s seeds, otherwise known as the beans. Caffeine from the beans is particularly powerful and flavorful, giving coffee its unique taste.  A cup of coffee contains around 80-175mg of caffeine, depending on the bean and process by which it’s prepared. When caffeine hits the brain it suppresses a neurotransmitter called adenosine. Adenosine influences attention, alertness, and sleep. It builds up in your brain as the day goes on, like mercury rising in a thermometer. When adenosine hits a certain level, your body decides it’s bedtime. You have trouble staying awake and paying attention. When you sleep, adenosine resets, the thermometer drops back to zero during the night, and you wake up in the morning alert and ready to go.

Finally after the end of the day we should not drink coffee because it’ll keep your eyes open for the rest of the night. In fact try taking a cup of tea before sleep, it’ll help you relax after a very stressful day.
