Hi, I am Kouji Kamei, a Web Analytics Master.
On August 2nd, we held the first ever Web Analytics Consultant study session together with the IT Kanagawa team members in Takamatsu’s Kanagawa Sangyou Zunouka center.
IT Kanagawa is a group from the Kanagawa Association of Corporate Executives.
On that day, it rained very heavily and the transportation network was cut off so while we were supposed to have about 40 people for the study session, less than 30 people attended.
However, it was still great to have about 40 people there, including the 10 presenters for the session.
Most of the participants were web personnel and company owners with only one Web Analytics Consultant.
I was very worried that the participants wouldn’t enjoy the study session but fortunately, they eagerly listened to the course material.
I organized USTREAM live hook up to get everyone to watch it on Web Analytics Consultants ML but unfortunately there was only 5 people watching.
I thought it was a good idea because the USTREAM live was scheduled to happen after I e-mailed to everyone about it.
But guess what!
I realized after the study session that the ML posting address was wrong so it didn’t work at all.
The 5 people who did watch were ones I sent an e-mail to at the beginning of the trial.
I will try it again next time!

-Business strategy for online shops in the event of an over-limit of orders in a disaster.
Masato Sekihara (Web Analytics Master Ehime)
When running an online shop, what action should you take to resolve the situation if you are unable to take orders during a natural disaster?
Take mineral water for example. We looked at the company Nankai Trough and identified what the order limit was and then we advocated a vision for their online shop.
It was a surprisingly full-scale content right from the opening.

-A method of growth for your company-

Mr Senda, who always has innovative ideas, expects a business opportunity to come from the renewal of the Inheritance tax.
It started with a story about the decreasing number of children and just before the main topic, the time was up because the timer was broke and he didn’t realize that time ran out. It was a shame because he had prepared fun movies for us that we didn’t have time to see.
It was a story about judicial scrivener web marketing techniques, among other interesting stories.
Let’s make sure the people who visit your site are potential customers.

He demonstrated the concept of inbound clearly and carefully with a simple photo.
Even though he had held his own seminar few days ago in Shikoku, he was full of energy for this presentation.
