You will be in charge of marketing strategy planning, operation and PDCA in the lead generation phase. In particular,

Marketing Strategy & Vision

*Set the vision and strategy for the product,good at recognize new ideas or concepts and hold regular roadmap meetings
*Uncover product insights and obtain market validation of features
*Prioritize features that will drive maximum growth based on market analysis

Go-to-market Strategy

*Envision and execute a go-to-market strategy for our platform and services
*Meet with industry analysts to illustrate the company’s positioning
*Schedule and oversee launch events (PR)

Positioning, Messaging & Branding

*Studies market, industry, customers, and competitors to position our platform in a favorable way
*Be the voice of the product, craft the narrative that brings our platform to life
*Drive the strategy and messaging framework for the marketing materials and website
*Partner with our Creative Director and Design Team to produce videos that showcase the product’s features and benefits

Demand Generation

*Drive high-impact programs that deliver leads and maximize lead conversion
*Develop thought-leadership content, email campaigns, blogs and articles

Sales Enablement

*Enable a growing sales team with compelling sales decks, 1-pagers and sales materials
*Train and enable internal and external, partner-channel sales teams on all features and benefits”

Job skills and requirements:

  • 5+ years digital marketing experience
  • Thorough user-oriented
  • Hypothesis thinking
  • Challenge yourself to new areas and have high motivation for growth
  • Be capable of communication ability to work in collaboration with internal and external companies
  • Thought Leadership and Direction skills

Key requirements

  • Experience by yourself, from project planning to execution, completion
  • Experience of lead generation, nurturing
  • Experience using various analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Adobe Analytics, Ptengine, etc.
  • Experience in operating business websites and services
  • Ability to create new approaches based on the user’s perspective and implement policies with ownership
  • SaaS, Familiar with digital marketing industry, Data,BI/Data visualization/dashboards, Groupware
