 near National University of Management (NUM).  Wat Phnom was established in 1373 by Lady Penh or Doun Penh. Wat Phnom is one of the historical places in Phnom Penh which is the representative of Buddhism which is the national religion. Wat Phnom is covered by nature, big trees, monkeys, on the top of Wat Phnom we have the buddhism place for praying. Wat Phnom is the cultural and historical place of Cambodia.
